We work with individuals facing significant barriers to independence, including those transitioning from post-prison life, individuals recovering from homelessness, and people experiencing financial, mental, or physical challenges. Our goal is to create safe, nurturing environments where each person can thrive and regain control of their future.

About Us

A Holistic, Person-Centre Approach to Support.

We are New Journey Supported Living, a provider of housing with additional support to homeless adults. We specialise in providing tailored support for vulnerable adults facing complex challenges and significant barriers to independence. We work closely with individuals to engage with structured, outcome focused support appropriate to their specified needs, to take back control of their own lives and end their cycle of homelessness.
